Nutrition evolution is finally getting an overhaul! In the coming year I will be offering videos, classes, workshops, and beyond. I am on a mission to educate and inspire people to take charge of their health. I am moving beyond one-on-one conultations.  I will still offer consults and programs via skype. The larger mission will be to spread the word about holistic health, gluten free living via in-person classes and online videos. I will continue to write monthly blog articles, but will offer shorter bursts of information via videos. I’m excited to see where this goes, and to turn on even more people to the idea that we can transform our health and our lives through our dietary and lifestyle choices.
