		<description><![CDATA[Don&#039;t forget walnuts. Walnuts have a good amount of omega-3s in them, 28 grams is supposed to give you all you need for one day. They are easy to eat with cereal, alone, or mixed with other food if you do not particularly like them. I get most of my omega-3 from walnuts, chia seeds are just too hard to eat and don&#039;t taste very nice.
